Sales Representative

A growing B2B distributor in the specialty retail and alternative wellness space. We partner with independent retailers nationwide to supply high-demand kratom, hemp-derived products, and related accessories, driving repeat sales and recurring wholesale revenue. As a Sales Representative, you will make high-volume outbound calls to retail store owners nationwide.

This is a phone-heavy, full-cycle B2B role where you own the relationship from first contact through close and ongoing reorders. What You’ll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to retail business owners nationwide Have 35–50 live conversations per day (not just dials) Introduce wholesale product lines and explain margins and sell-through Send product samples and manage structured follow-up calls Close new accounts and process orders end to end Maintain relationships through ongoing phone-based account management Drive recurring monthly reorders from your book of business What You’ll Get Base salary starting at $40,000-$50,000 + uncapped commission On-target earnings for first-year sales reps: $75,000–$125,000+, Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) after eligibility period 401k with company match Paid Training Monday through Friday schedule What You’ll Need Strong communication and relationship-building skills High motivation and comfort with daily outreach goals Coachable mindset and willingness to learn Resilience and consistency in a performance environment Organized pipeline management Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the team Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is a plus Who Is Scale.
