Planning Consultant

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Planner to join its Lincoln office. The firm has a strong presence across rural, residential and commercial development, offering exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio. This is a great opportunity to develop within a well-established business. The Role You will support the delivery of planning services across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities include

Preparing planning applications and supporting reports Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility studies Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects Attending meetings and contributing to project delivery The role offers a strong foundation for long-term career development.

About You

Degree qualified in Town Planning or related field Working towards MRTPI Experience within consultancy or local authority Strong communication and report writing skills Enthusiastic and keen to progress A solid opportunity for a Planner looking to gain exposure across a broad project base.
