ACG_3515_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Take overall responsibility for workshop operations, including workforce allocation, production procedures, safety compliance, and machine operation efficiency. Monitor and enforce safety standards for personnel, machinery, and products within the assigned production area.
Conduct training and development programs for production workers to enhance skills and operational awareness. Ensure clear communication of safety requirements and product quality standards between operators and relevant departments. Manage all outsourced or contract personnel working within the production area, including general workers.
Ensure all necessary manufacturing equipment is properly prepared and maintained to avoid disruption in production processes. Conduct research and support the development and improvement of plant operating procedures. Maintain and organize production documentation and daily workshop records. Prepare and submit weekly production progress reports to the Manager.
Report, investigate, and analyze all non-conformance issues and incidents related to machine shop operations.
Requirements
At least college degree or higher. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields such as mechanical, chemical, or heat treatment engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong people management and leadership skills.
