Griffin Hospital is looking for a Facilities Director. The Director of Facilities is responsible for the leadership and operations of all departments within facilities management including: engineering, telecommunications, and facilities and property management.
Educations and Qualifications: A graduate engineer or have equivalent knowledge/experience A minimum of 10 years experience in hospital facilities management and have a thorough knowledge of hospital regulations for those agencies having jurisdiction such as but not limited to the following: The Joint Commission (TJC) CT. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) Department of Public Health (DPH) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) National Building Codes.
