AFL is expanding our high-performing ACA Engineering team and seeking a Process Engineer to help drive transformative change in a dynamic, high-volume, high-mix CNC machining and welding operation. This role is ideal for a technically strong, data-driven, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving and developing manufacturing processes through deep analysis, critical thinking, and teamwork.
This role will leverage data to drive decisions, improve real-time visibility on the production floor, and help guide engineering strategy as conditions evolve. Data analytics is a core function of this role.
