Job Title: Technical/Training/Warranty Manager (Automotive) Employment: Full time Start Date: As soon as possible Country: Milan, Italy (on-site) Salary range: 60,000-90,000 EUR gross/annum Contact: Bianca Papa | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 673 Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building; Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction; Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations; Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan; Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans; Responsible for setting up the training classes; Responsible for KPI development of warranty team; Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers; Undertake related tasks of the department.

Experience/Qualifications: Fluent in English and Italian required; 6-10 years experience in the same position at an OEM or distributor for mainstream vehicle brands in the European market.
