Warehouse Associate (T.P.)

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Perform regular inventory counts and help with cycle counts as needed. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed. Forklift certification is a plus (can be obtained on the job, depending on the company).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS). 📅 Work Environment and Location: Location: Atlanta, GA; Onsite; Work shift: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM. Heath/Dental/Vision Insurance (50% coverage for the employee and dependents) 401k PTO (2 weeks yearly) Sick Leaves (5 days yearly)
