Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support. Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.

Work closely with development teams using technologies such as.NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc. Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kan ban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively. Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices across teams.
