- Facility Management Job Description Below: Experienced Head of Facility Management or Divisional Manager and manage full-spectrum facility operations for a leading construction. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing large-scale facilities such as stadiums, mega infrastructure, or major commercial complexes, including handling large teams and workforce accommodations. Lead overall facility management and MEP operations across company projects and facilities. Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC, power systems, utilities, fire protection, and BMS. Control facility budgets, cost optimization, and service contracts. Manage facilities supporting 1500+ employees and multiple project managers. Coordinate closely with project leadership for new project mobilization requirements. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements
QA/QC MECHANICAL ENGINEERS 10 years of experience as an Engineer, preferably in Oil & Gas / Construction projects. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 Certification & Valid ISO Lead Auditor Certification – Mandatory WELDING ENGINEERS Degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering. MTech in Welding/IWE certification.
Working experience of 10 - 15years with minimum 5 years independent experience as Welding Engineer. Level II NDT, CSWIIP 3.2/3.1 certified (not mandatory) Qualified Lead auditor in QMS ISO 9001 (not mandatory) Experience as Welding Engineer in Middle east Oil and gas experience, petrochemicals/refinery
