Direct Banker Universal Specialist - Chat - Southwood (Not Remote)

Capital City Bank is looking for a Direct Banker Universal Specialist (Chat Specialist) for their Client Service Center. Candidate must have excellent written and communication skills, be able to exercise a high level of sound and reasonable judgement, and be able to prioritize work and multi task. Candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively and interact positively with all clients as well as fellow associates and business partners.

Candidate must have the ability to follow detailed instructions and a wide range of procedures requiring good judgement.
