Network Operations Manager Southwood

The Network Operations Manager oversees the implementation and administration of the company’s network operations including servers, VMware, Citrix, network security, and day-to-day network operations. Ensures effective utilization of network management tools and applications to enhance system performance and limit downtime.

Makes recommendations for purchases of hardware, software, servers, and wireless communications for current and future systems. Responsible for managing a team of network engineers, technicians and a Help Desk providing guidance and performance feedback. Operates the department within approved cost controls. This position has direct responsibility for employment decisions.
