The Director of Digital Products and User Experience Design is responsible for developing an exemplary digital customer experience across the association’s mobile, community, collaboration, enterprise search, and select ASHA digital products. The Director drives the product vision/roadmap for assigned digital products and leads a team to optimize digital experiences for ASHA members and potential members.
