Phipps Neighborhoods in collaboration with the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development offers after school, young adult and senior programming along with special events and activities in partnerships with local agencies and nonprofit organization at no cost to participants. COMPASS model brings together a strong and active set of partners to address the needs of students, seniors, residents and community members and employs a governance structure that relies on strong collaboration, partnerships and access to resources and opportunities under the guidance and partnership of community advisory boards.
