Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain high-profile relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand business channels. To perform offshore bond and structured finance business development Co-work with with Huatai United and Huatai Securities' overseas investment banking on business development Closely liaise with domestic regulators, including CSRC, NDRC and SAFE Conduct necessary research and analytical works in preparing marketing materials.
e.g. pitch books and proposals Perform work-related duties as assigned To assist in deal execution To monitor issuance of new bond and new regulations of debt capital markets To prepare weekly reports for internal and external clients To provide support on any compliance and internal audit matters To provide support to Rating Advisory and Syndicate desk when required Other jobs assigned by head of DCM Requirements: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field An outstanding academic record, strong quantitative and technical abilities At least 8 years of relevant experience Strong interest in the capital market Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously Strong accountability and responsibility, being able to work under great work pressure Analytical mindset with attention to details Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin\ #LI-DNI
