
Business Development Manager – ILL (Internet Leased Line) Enterprise
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new enterprise customers for Internet Leased Line (ILL) services. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, field visits, and corporate meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers. Conduct customer requirement analysis and recommend suitable connectivity solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and service agreements. Coordinate with the technical, pre-sales, and operations teams to ensure timely feasibility checks and service delivery. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close business deals. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and service activation.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services such as MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, SIP Trunk, Managed Wi-Fi, Data Center, and Security Solutions.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies. Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in Enterprise Telecom, ISP, Internet Leased Line (ILL), or B2B technology sales. Proven experience in selling Internet Leased Line (ILL) and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Strong understanding of telecom networking concepts and enterprise internet services. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
Preferred Skills
Strong enterprise sales and account management capabilities. Knowledge of Fiber Connectivity, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Cloud Solutions, and Managed Services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets. Strong networking and business relationship-building skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly ILL sales revenue. Number of new enterprise customers acquired. Lead-to-order conversion rate. Sales pipeline growth and forecasting accuracy. Customer retention and account expansion. Achievement of assigned sales targets.
