
Job description
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of field engineers and technicians across multiple project sites.
- Plan and assign daily tasks, manage work schedules, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior engineers and newly onboarded team members.
- Promote adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and established operational procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of new customer installations, relocations, and service requests. Technical Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including routers, switches, base stations, antennas, and fiber-optic networks.
- Conduct site surveys, RF planning, Line-of-Sight (LOS) assessments, and signal performance testing.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including network topology diagrams, test reports, and site audit records.
- Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and backend support teams to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently. Project Execution
- Lead and actively participate in telecom network deployments, upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning activities while ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Perform quality inspections, validate project deliverables, and support final handover and acceptance processes.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
