We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions.
The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs while working closely with product owners, engineers, architects, UX designers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery and value realisation. Analyse current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions. Define and document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop process maps, customer journeys, use cases, and data definitions.
Support SIT/UAT, testing, defect management, and change requests. Maintain requirements traceability, decision logs, and RAID logs. Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, data flows, and integration requirements. Support delivery governance, risk, controls, and operational readiness. Mandatory Skills: 5+ years' Business Analysis experience Requirements Gathering & Management User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Business & Process Analysis BPMN / Process Mapping Workshop Facilitation Jira / Azure DevOps Confluence / SharePoint SIT / UAT & Defect Management Excel & SQL Stakeholder Management Risk, Controls & Governance Advantageous Skills Financial Services / Banking experience Lending or Investment experience BABOK / CBAP / CCBA Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Product Management / Roadmaps / OKRs API & Integration Knowledge Data & Reporting Projects Change & Operational Readiness Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
CBAP / CCBA or BABOK-aligned certification advantageous.
