Patient Service Rep/Clinical Assistant- Monday-Friday; 40 hours

Meet and greet patients, respond to phone calls, and check patients in and out of the physician office. Maintain accurate financial records, patient records and schedule referral appointments. Assist the referral team as needed. The Clinical Assistant supports the delivery of patient care in the physician practice setting. The Clinical Assistant rooms patients and provides clinical services within the scope of a non-licensed position. This includes collecting and documenting patient information, performing phlebotomy and patient education, assisting in office-based testing and procedures, and supporting the administrative operations of the office.
