Job description
Must have a thorough knowledge of end-to-end procurement Analyzing & monitoring movement of commodities, analyzing spend trend & identifying the best supplier among all. Negotiating & coordinating with concerned departments to get the purchasing agreements sign off by suppliers. Risk Mitigation-Visiting suppliers for capacity assessment & identifying additional vendors for supply of critical parts.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development Requirements Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1-2 years.
Candidates with prior experience in Solar will be preferred. MS Office, esp MS Excel Strong negotiating and influencing skills Additional Requirements Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority, comfort in collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.
