Job description
✔️ Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system. ✔️ Obtain quotations and compare supplier pricing before issuing POs. ✔️ Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely confirmation. ✔️ Source and evaluate new suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality. ✔️ Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely receipt of purchased items.
✔️ Handle procurement of raw materials, assets, and operational requirements for different departments.
Requirements
✔️ 2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing. ✔️ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. ✔️ Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. ✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills. ✔️ Manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
