Assistant Professor- Forensic Medicine

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor – Forensic Medicine to join our academic and clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, conducting research, and supporting medico-legal services in accordance with institutional and NMC guidelines.

Teach Forensic Medicine to MBBS and postgraduate students through lectures, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations. Conduct medico-legal examinations and post-mortem procedures as required. Guide and mentor students in academic, research, and practical learning activities. Participate in departmental research, publications, and academic programs.

Assist in curriculum development and departmental administration. Ensure compliance with NMC regulations and institutional policies. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and faculty development initiatives.

Requirements

MD in Forensic Medicine or an equivalent qualification recognized by NMC. Eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor as per NMC norms. Valid Medical Council registration.
