As a Senior Banker you bring to life Tri Counties Bank’s vision of a community-focused financial institution. You maintain and deepen banking relationships with our existing customers and establish new consumer and business accounts anchored in purpose, value, and trust. Your interpersonal skills – active listening, insightful questioning, building rapport – enable you to understand customers’ current financial state and anticipate their future needs.
You are known by customers, co-workers, and the local community at large as an expert in financial services and an effective advocate for their financial well-being.
