Director of Operations

The Director of Operations oversees hotel front and back of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and excellent leadership. The scope of this role includes supporting food and beverage outlets, onsite events, and guest services with a passion to deliver great experiences and drive revenue opportunity. The Director of Operations reports to the property's General Manager, and leads in training and supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding hotel standards and policies.
