Community Based Program Director

The Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Program Director will provide clinical and administrative supervision and support to Family Centered Treatment team to ensure high quality service is provided to families, monitoring documentation to fidelity, and team performance to maximize benefits to families. This includes assuring the recruitment, training, supervision and support of staff within the program.

The Program Director will maximize positive outcomes for all children and families served. They will assure adherence to internal policies, as well as external regulations and licensing requirements, sound fiscal operation and communication and liaison with local community groups, schools service agencies, local state offices and courts of the county and state.
