HR Manager

This on-site position is a trusted member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for all daily functional operations of Human Resources and the HR team supporting approximately 140 manufacturing employees over two-shifts in TX and rental centers in 12 states. The HR Manager is responsible for the management of HR functions for all Team Members.

Interacts with potential candidates and Team Members to provide responses to inquiries about company, policies and procedures. This position requires experience with Recruiting, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supporting Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment and Organization Development.
