Director of Sales

Reporting Directly to the VP,GM, the Director of Sales is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to achieve revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability goals. This position oversees daily sales operations, sales performance, customer relationship management, and business development activities. The Director of Sales works closely with leadership and other departments to develop strategies that drive sales success and support organizational objectives. This position has direct oversight of Parts & Accessories Sales, Capital Asset Sales, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), Refurbs, while ensuring business goals are achieved, and delivering exceptional customer service.
