Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center | Campbell Hall, NY Help Residents Find Their Voice, Regain Independence, and Improve Quality of Life. Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional rehabilitation team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week) .

Position Overview
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will play a vital role in helping residents maximize their independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents with communication, cognitive, speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician orders. Provide skilled speech therapy services that support resident goals and functional outcomes. Perform swallowing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team regarding diet recommendations and dysphagia management.
Educate residents, family members, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs. Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in care plan meetings, interdisciplinary rounds, and discharge planning. Communicate resident progress and recommendations to physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation colleagues.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility guidelines.
Qualifications
Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license required. CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred. Knowledge of dysphagia management, cognitive rehabilitation, communication disorders, and PDPM preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
