Job description
POSITION DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a full-time Civil/Municipal Engineer to sit in our Omaha/Council Bluffs office. Our team works with local governments and utility providers on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. We are looking for a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training who would work with CAD Technicians, Construction Observers, Land Survey Chiefs and office staff in various capacities.

Prepare plans and specifications for specific projects. Work with Construction Observers/Resident Technicians during all facets of construction. Assist Project Manager in completing project within budget and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering required 5-10+ years of civil engineering design experience preferred/desired Iowa or Nebraska PE license or EIT certification or ability to obtain either within 6 months preferred Previous roadway, storm sewer, sanitary collection sewers and water distribution design experience desired Strong written and verbal communication skills required Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
