The Maintenance Technician 3 at Beacon Hill is a highly skilled maintenance professional who plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. We're seeking someone with advanced troubleshooting abilities who can independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the person the team relies on when challenging maintenance issues arise. Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs. Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment. Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.

Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
