Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end program management for the setup and implementation of a Finance Shared Service Center. This role is responsible for overseeing timelines across multiple workstreams, driving program governance, managing risks and interdependencies, and ensuring r leadership is consistently informed and aligned.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in large‑scale transformation or shared services initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end program management for the Finance Shared Service Center setup, from planning through execution and stabilization. Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across workstreams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Track progress, identify delays or gaps, and drive corrective actions to keep the program on schedule.

Establish and maintain program governance, including documentation, and decision‑making frameworks. Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, interdependencies, and support needed. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between global, regional, and local teams. Identify, assess, and monitor program risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.

Map and manage interdependencies across processes, teams, and technology components. Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely execution. Support change management activities to enable smooth transition to shared services. Provide clear, concise communications to stakeholders across the organization. Ensure documentation, decisions, and actions are tracked and transparent.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, project management, or related field. 5+ years of project or program management experience within finance, shared services, or business transformation. Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, executive presentation, and governance skills.

Experience building or scaling a shared service center. Knowledge of finance processes and operational models. PMP, Lean, Agile, or other project management certifications.
