Job Description What you will be doing: Assist in handling all phases of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Manage discovery, including document review and production. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation management. Experience you will need: J.

D. from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California Bar, or eligibility for admission. 2–6 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates with 1 year of litigation experience will also be considered. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in professional liability, securities, or employment litigation Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience. Strong organizational and case management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
