Job Overview: Warehouse Associate As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role on supporting our operations team by ensuring materials are accurately picked and packed in order to meet customer demands. By organizing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with the order picking/packing-- you directly impact product availability, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing: Picking and packing building material orders with precision for customers. Organizing completed orders in designated loading zones. Restocking material/inventory as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Performing other related duties to keep our operation running smoothly What We're Looking For: 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.
S. Dependable and ready to deliver top-notch results with a strong aptitude to learn Team player mindset and detail oriented to work efficiently and accurately Strong multitasking skills and commitment to safety processes and protocols Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement Experience in a lumber yard or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required Order picking and forklift/material handling experience is a plus, but not required Physical Conditions and Work Environment Comfortable lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods Able to work in a warehouse environment and outdoor, lumber yard environment, around related equipment Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions On your feet for 80% of the day with frequent reaching above and below shoulder height Work environment is 100% on site with regular attendance required Job Type and Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, No Weekends, On-Site 100% in Bow, New Hampshire We look forward to receiving your application!
