The Position : We’re looking for an entry level office/titles/payroll assistant. Requirements

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Precision in your work with solid organization and great attention to detail Moderate to excellent computer skills, Excel experience is a plus Desire to learn new skills and a willingness to further enhance your knowledge Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards High school diploma or associate degree Titles experience a plus Responsibilities: Review, verify, input and process payables Reconcile vendor statements Communicate effectively with outside vendors and customers Prepare check runs, bank deposits, and maintain petty cash Perform additional accounting tasks as needed Assist titles department as needed Why Should You Apply?
