Chartered Building Surveyor

Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Architecture and Building Surveying South West team. Based out of our Exeter Office, you’ll be working with our team with a wide range of experience, focusing on: Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Project delivery of works ranging from £30k-£2m (subject to experience); Undertaking pre-purchase building surveys of residential and commercial property; Preparing schedules of condition for leasehold purposes; Undertaking inspections and producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules; Undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for a wide range of properties and portfolio types; Providing advice and consultancy on general defect analysis of property; Maintaining our established client base and growing new leads.
