Exciting Opportunity: HR Coordinator We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for the role of HR Co-ordinator, based at their Head Office in Carlisle. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the evolving HR Business Partner model within the Group, providing a pivotal role in HR operations.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting HR Business Partners with various HR systems administration tasks, primarily focusing on absence and probation review processes. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment and onboarding activities, including Right to Work and DBS checks, employee relations casework, and other HR-related initiatives as needed.

While the role is primarily office-based, there may be occasional travel to other sites as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners with HR systems administration, particularly in managing absence and probation review processes.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting Right to Work and DBS checks.
  • Provide support for employee relations casework.
  • Contribute to various HR-related initiatives and projects.
  • Travel to other sites as necessary to support HR activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR support role.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with HR systems.
