Job description
The Director of Facilities oversees facilities, property management, workplace operations, and regional facilities support to ensure Hanscom Federal Credit Union locations are safe, well maintained, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This hands-on role leads building operations, capital projects, vendor relationships, physical security, tenant matters, and workplace services; directly supervises one facilities employee; and coordinates facilities support for the Maryland region.
