Le Jeune Road Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2-4 years experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, program coordination, or related field.
Strong content creation skills, including the ability to develop professional, polished, and learner-friendly materials. Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to structure content in a way that supports engagement, knowledge transfer, and practical application. Strong PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, visual storytelling, formatting, and executive-ready slide development.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, simplify, and organize complex information. Ability to translate business concepts, leadership expectations, and subject matter expert input into clear learning materials. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
