Capital Solutions Group, Loan Negotiation Grp, Vice President, New York

This is a front line position working with Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets to negotiate financing commitment papers and credit agreement terms for leveraged and investment grade debt transactions. In addition, play a lead role in structuring; negotiating and documenting (with outside counsel) select high yield transactions, bridges, structured finance deals, project financings, complex amendments and other products.

The Loan Negotiation Group team supports several businesses throughout the firm as well as the firm’s credit department and is part of Transaction Execution & Risk Management which is part of the Global Banking & Markets division.
