Job description
NAN Hope is seeking full-time Wellness Navigators to provide remote support services to NAN community members. This role requires a flexible schedule, as Wellness Navigators staff a 24/7 talk, text, and messaging support line.
Responsibilities include
providing personalized listening support, coordinating care, and connecting clients with appropriate services. Applicants with an Indigenous Language Skill are encouraged to apply. Training opportunities will be available.
