Job description

SUMMARY Reporting to the Clinical Services Coordinator, the Clinical Scheduler is responsible for facilitating effective individual and group clinical consults for community telemedicine sites. The Clinical Scheduler is the point of contact for Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). S/he consults with the Clinical Services Coordinator on clinical issues and works closely with OTN on scheduling matters. S/he maintains the master record of clinical telemedicine events for KO eHealth Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works collaboratively with all staff and partners to ensure a high-quality telemedicine delivery.  Schedules and facilitates clinical consults.  Keeps accurate records of clinical consults.
