Customer Support Executive - Sales

•Follow up with existing customers regarding quotations and pending orders. •Handle customer enquiries and provide product information. •Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp. •Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations and order processing. •Update customer interactions and follow-up status in the CRM/system.

•Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements
