Job description
Accountable for overseeing and optimizing materials & inventory management and production planning, to ensure ship on time targets are met within the Sterling facility. Involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production schedules, inventory controls, effective supply of materials to production floor and timely delivery of product to meet customer demands/warehouse stock. Manage human resources, budgets and administrative processes of the material and planning department to meet our KPI and budget targets. Ensures compliance with the policies, procedures, and regulations of the organization.
