Job description
The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the electrical testing function across HPS manufacturing operations and any Canadian facilities conducting product testing. The role provides operational leadership to ensure testing activities meet quality, safety, regulatory, customer, and production requirements.
The incumbent is accountable for developing and leading testing personnel, adoption and establishment of standardized testing processes, maintaining test equipment and infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.
