Job description

Job Overview: Level Up Talent is seeking a Lean-Pro Liaison Officer to support a client in the laboratory and diagnostic industry. The role focuses on delivering documents, coordinating with partner clinics and businesses, supporting field activities, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned errands across Cebu.

Responsibilities

Deliver documents, proposals, service materials, and other official items to clinics, companies, partner organizations, and clients. Coordinate with healthcare facilities, corporate accounts, and other external partners as assigned. Collect and submit authorized documents, forms, payments, or materials while following company procedures.

Support the distribution of laboratory and diagnostic service materials to designated locations. Assist with field coordination for corporate health programs, medical missions, onsite testing, and promotional activities. Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, acknowledgments, and completed field assignments.

Provide timely updates regarding delivery status, delays, concerns, or client requests. Represent the company professionally and courteously during all external transactions. Handle documents and client information with confidentiality and care. Perform other field-based and onsite support tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

Qualifications At least a High School or Senior High School graduate. Based in Cebu and familiar with local routes, business areas, clinics, and hospitals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable conducting frequent field visits and traveling across assigned areas.

Able to follow instructions and maintain accurate delivery records. Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a messenger, liaison officer, field assistant, or logistics support staff. Experience working in a laboratory, clinic, hospital, healthcare, or diagnostic environment. Valid driver’s license and access to a motorcycle or other reliable transportation. Familiarity with document handling, collection procedures, and healthcare-related transactions.
