Data Center Tech
- The Data Center Tech's role is to ensure that the company’s computer systems are operating under normal conditions 24x7. Run daily jobs, perform backup and recovery functions, and answer help desk calls. Enter support tickets to record user help desk calls and resolve them if possible. Provide technical support to users with issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, phones, and networks. Work with users and IT support to restore critical operations to normal. Other duties as assigned.
