Job description
Reporting to the Director of Business Relationship Banking, the Business Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio by developing and maintaining strong member relationships within the Arnprior and surrounding markets. They will work both independently and with a Business Relationship Analyst to provide analyses and recommendations on the various aspects of their portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing reporting management (Past Due, Security Deficiencies, Smartsheet), reviewing current accounts annually to ensure compliance and product fit, while promoting the growth of NCU through marketing, events, networking and leveraging centres of influence.
