Member Support Associate (Temporary)

The Member Support Associate creates a positive and professional first impression by acting as the first point of contact for members who access Northern’s services and products through our phone and digital communication channels. The successful candidate will market Northern’s products and services within clearly defined policies and procedures.

They will promote, up-sell and cross-sell the complete range of lending and investment vehicles with an emphasis on consumer loans, mortgages, credit card products, lines of credit, and deposit and retail branch term investments (excluding mutual funds).
