Hospice Aide, (CNA) Full-Time Sign On Bonus Available! | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas At Emmanuel Hospice, we understand the value of flexibility, adaptability, and compassionate care. As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)- Full time you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home.

This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed. Work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM , with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support. Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team , stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the State of Michigan. Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations. Previous CNA experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred . Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.
