About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and automating our cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with software developers to streamline deployment pipelines and enhance our operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application deployment. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform or Cloud. Formation to automate infrastructure provisioning. Containerization & Orchestration: Package applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

System Monitoring: Implement monitoring and logging tools to track system performance and uptime. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including automated compliance checks and IAM policy management. Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis for production errors and resolve infrastructure issues.

Job Requirements Required Competencies Clinical and attentive to detail Experience producing business relevant materials and technical oriented writing is mandatory. Excellent communications and presentation skills Must be able to perform under pressure Must be able to persuade and influence others Good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills Must aspire to a culture of service excellence Able to challenge the norm when necessary Required Work Experience Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.

Required Qualifications Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent experience) Skills Required Required Skills and Knowledge Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).

Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power. Shell. Tools: Experience with Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes. IaC Knowledge: Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
