Project Manager / Team Lead – Zoho (SaaS /Implementation)

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Team Lead who brings strong expertise across Zoho products and can lead implementation projects from kickoff to delivery. This role requires a mix of project management, client handling, and team leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.  Own end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.)

 Lead and manage a team of implementation executives and developers  Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions  Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality  Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress tracking (Agile environment)  Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve project challenges  Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom functions, and automation  Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and client stakeholders  Improve processes and contribute to scaling delivery operations Requirements  2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Team Handling  Strong hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.)
